I haven't seen anyone discuss this header, but they are very good quality.....

one member has one. he hasn't complained. but for the record, that one isn't going to fit our cars unless you're running a b20a.

ss headers are very good quality. some people who seen them say that it is even better than Dc sports headers.
88-89 prelude headr won't fit our engines.
you need this one

for the record DC headers aren't exactly the greatest quality either. the finish is 11234123billion times nicer than pacesetter, and yes, the exhaust support bracket lines up, but the welds aren't the best, my EGR tube BROKE off (cause of shitty welds) and the fabrication where the runners meet the head flange is really lame, and is about 1/8" away from causing a really bad exhaust leak. honestly I am always suprised that it seals.
the pacesetter header i have used doesnt line up with the bracket, and the finish burned off, but the quality of the fabrication seems up to par with the DC.
cant speak on the quality of the S&S, but i thought I would mention that its not like DC headers are THAT GOOD, they just don't look like ass after 10 minutes of driving - which is probably why a lot of people like them.

My EGR pipe connector had snapped off of my DC headers too. It was rewelded when I bought it, but I just cut it back off and welded the hole shut.

I went with the standard pacesetter...it looks like shit, but so far so good. I'm wishing I had had it ceramic coated. It's only been on since the the summer, but like I said so far so good.

I have the S&S and im very happy with it. As far as i know they dont make it anymore but i could be worng. I sent the company an email and they said they dont stock them anymore. I found mine on ebay that a guy had in his warehouse or something. They go for $350 from S&S i got mine for $210.

S&S made a batch of the headers, and as far as i know, they never sold all that many of them, so they didn't make another batch.
last i checked, they could still be had from S&S directly.

S&S has been talked over in the past 5 years since i first came to know about it. NOt a lot of users with it, but the ones that have it seem to love it.
I personally have a DC and mine has not given me any problems over the course of 4 years i have owned it. The EGR is intact and passed inspection twice (NJ is every two years). There is little rust since we have snow/salt crap, but overall the quality is nice and finish is great.

i just want to note, that when/if i purchase a header for my car, it will be an S&S if available. if not, i'll be welding one up myself, now that flanges are readily available.
