im not sure about the other questions, but you can get a 90' integra CAI to fit on your car with a little modifications. If you have a choice, the 5g accord CAI fits the best

Venom injectors are designed for perfromance engines that have been modified for more HP. I wouldn't recomend them for daily driver. you will flood the engine with a lot of fuel.
2) will a 90 integra cold air fit my 1989 lxi?
yes it will fit but you have to cut it in few places to make it work.
3) where can i find a stainless exhaust for my 89 lxi
there are no stainless steel exhaust available for our cars. your best bet would be to buy regular exhaust and paint it with high temp pait so it doesn't rust too quickly.
The pnly performance exhaust available is made by company called Passetter. Look on ebay. It is not stainless steel.
If you want stainless steel, take it to a exhaust shop and let them make it one for you. You will pay arm and leg and may be liver for that exhaust.

where do you get your rotors from?
the best rotors are OEM honda ones. the next thing down would be Bendix or Brembo rotors.
when you install new rotors make sure you brake them in before you start doing a lot of hard braking.
Since you are changing them every year, i would say your calipers need to be changed. I am about 99.9% sure it is your calipers that cause the early warpage. when rotors start warping a lot, look for a problem with calipers.
you can find all the parts at your local honda dealer or your local Autoparts store.
if you like shopping online here are some dealers online:

I have a place that will turn rotors for ten bucks, so I keep two pairs and swap them every 10k miles or so. Honda didn't do such a good job with the front brakes.

you actually not supposed to turn them at all. i know you can turn them ones but that is about it. so if you turned them more than ones, your rotors are a lot thinner thus they will warp a lot faster and may even crack.

Since you are building exhaust go with 2.25" pipe. don't go any bigger otherwise you will loose some torque and low end power.
injectors, any reman or brand new ones will work just fine. brand doesn't matter since they are reman or new. they will perform the same.
as far as air intake goes, well somepeople have no problem with CAI and filter in the bumper all year round. I stock with stock setup. it is not that restrictive if you do some modifications to it. first the big square box in the bumper can be removed or cut big wholes in it for better air entrance. second, the filter box has somekind ridges that are useless. cut the out and make it smooth. third, replace stock air filter with drop in K&N filter. That should allow air to get in faster.
The reason your rotors warp is becasue your calipers are not sliding. they stuck thust creating too much pressure on one side of the rotor. pressure creates friction and a lot of heat. too much heat and they warp. I had the same problem on my first accord. too me 3 years to figure that out.
