where in the blue hell is this 17mm drain bolt??? I'm gonna flush out the head of coolant tomorrow but only if i can find this bolt! Which side of the engine is it on and is there anything around it in plain sight that could give me a fair idea of where it is???

ok, thanks. Do i access it from above or below? and is cylinder #4 on the battery side or the timing belt side of the engine?
I reached the bolt which is on the battery side, from under the driver side.

I think it's easier up top...I think the front beam gets in your way if you go from the bottom.

I use an extension to get to mine.
Question: Does anyone have a way to make it less messy when your draining from the block? Everytime I do it the coolant just goes everywhere. Just thought some of you might have suggestions.

Forget about that
Just take off the lower rad hose. Not much coolant will be left after draining it anyways.

buy a flush kit at aoutozone or any parts store and run clran water through the engine.
if you just drain it, you still gonna have rust inside the block.
