must be custom made.

if your not planning on going too deep int tohe engine dont bother and focus elsewhere.

If there is someone good enough to machine you a couple they sholud look somethign like this.

lol @ u guys

Back in the day(like 98-99) I found a great guy that had a machine shop and could basicly make me anything as long as I made him a picture with measurements or a sample piece.

At the time he charged me 180.00 for the crank, power steering, and alt pulleys. After he made it though he said the crank was such a difficult piece to make just the labor for it was well over the 180 I paid him! lol :D

It looks so nice in person though I didnt even want to install it!

And before everyone starts with the whole balancer thing, this piece along with my whole rotating assembly is balanced up to 9000 rpm.

The stock pulley is just a cast piece and has no dampening properties whatsoever.

Unfortunately youll have to do more driving than that!

Hes actually in Pennsylvania, in the Allentown area. Ive found people here that do good work with alum but none that will do as good a job as that man up in PA

That one could be lightned more if it had the holes drilled in it :)

It would be nice to have the PS and AC belt grooves removed in the process, less material.

Original 2G lude DL 1.8 carbed pulley would be pretty simple to replicate in ally as well i would imagine might have to look into that actually!!
