anybody have an A20A1 head and/or block for sale? i want to build a backup motor in my garage even though the one in the car runs well... also looking for a rebuilt automatic tranny...

does the 3rd gen accord have the transmission cooling lines built into the coolant radiator? i might add a 12" x 7" tranny oil cooler up front.... and maybe pipe in an oil filter for the tranny fluid while i'm at it...

This is what happens when you buy a car from a 94 year old woman, who originally purchased the car around the age of 75, stuck it in a garage mostly, occasionally driving to the supermarket at about 25mph for 20 years.
I took about 2 minutes checking out the car, drove it 3 blocks, turned around, and said, "Done deal."
Anybody got a head for sale? I think I have a slightly loose valve guide making slop in a valve (very slight ticking, more so under load). Or I'll take a whole engine... !!!

That a Corvair? Don't see those often.

That Accord is a perfect candidate for an Italian tune up or maybe some Seafoam.

is there anyway you'd be willing to get rid of that engine? or at least the head? i need a head to rebuild ASAP. i got a bad valve guide and i need a replacement like yesterday!
my email is: [email protected]
i'll be glad to shoot you my phone number if you send me an email or whatever works for you...
btw, i'm an aeronautics mechanic... if you need a hand wrenching on anything, i'd be glad to help, always down to help a fellow honda addict!
