are the coupe and sedan exhaust the same from each car? im in need of an exhaust jig since i dont feel like crawling under the car for every single weld, so im just curious.

They were the same on mine. How much of it are you planing on using?

its a jig, so practically the whole thing from the flexpipe back.

im using it to mock up where the brackets and such will be so i dont have to guess and measure stuff out

I think all EFI 3gee's had the same exhaust, and so did all the carb'ed 3gee's.

i already got the front half of the exhaust, i just need the rear part as a jig to build on.

i found this really sweet 88 coupe in the junkyard with no rust or anything at all and fuel injected, and i didnt know if it would have fit a 89 sedan. its better to weld once, then to cut and weld again

the exhaust on sedans and coupes are all the same.

the only different exhaust is the hatch exhaust.

oh maybe it work if u are useing all of the pipes but if u just useing the muffler and the pipe welded to muffler then it wont work

I sold my old sedan muffler to a Hatch owner and he told me he had to modify it. I don't know what was the difference exactly.

for those of you that are curious, my jig is mainly for the piping and where the brackets are. im making this exhaust out of an SRT4 exhaust, so i probably wont be using a muffler
