Bulb # question

Just a quick question: what's the bulb#(1156, 1157 etc) for the sidemarkers (indicator and parking light; i'm assuming that they're the same)? I'm pretty sure it's in the manual, but I'm out of the country so i don't have access to it. Thanks for your help.

If you are talking about the bumper turn signals, they are 1156. If you are talking about the sidemarker bulbs (ones by the headlights), I believe they are 194 (they are much smaller than the bumper bulbs and are wedge, as opposed to the bumper bulbs which are twist).

One day i was over at pep boys and they have a chart written down about what lights fit and what not... (it's wrong, i found out the hard way) From what i found for your sidemarkers you can use both bulbs 168 or 194. 194 isn't the exact one, but is easier to find than 168 (or so it is in TN) I have a list of lights that should be used, or can be used for my hatchback 87 accord lxi

i have changed my sidemarkers like 3 times, and i got them from Walmart. i just go there, grab the one that looks like mine, and they fit exactly the same in the socket with no problem.
