HostileJava aka Jim aka James aka BJ

Born James Thomas Polles in Allentown, PA on July 2nd 1982.

School:
Attended George Wolf Elementary School in Bath, PA, Northampton Jr. High in Northampton, PA, Northampton Senior Highschool in Northampton, PA, and Lincoln Technical Institute in Allentown, PA. Currently attending Northampton Community College part time in Bethlehem, PA and double majoring in network administration and network security.

Hobbies:
Hobbies include working on cars, computers, home automation, playing video games, home theater, and modding just about anything I get my hands on.

Job/Career:
Jobs I've had in the past include cleaning windows for my parents business during the summer, working at Staples as a stock boy and cashier/customer service desk, and my current positions at Easton Electronics as a Network/Computer Technician and handling payroll and payroll taxes for my parents business.

Cars:
Car History, I've owned/own 5 Cars. 3 of them Accords and 2 of them Oasis's. I bought my 86 Accord LX-i Hatch as a first car and that's when I was first introduced to this board. The tranny went bad on that one and at the time I had run into another member at a meet who was selling his car, so I parked the Hatch and bough an 89 Accord SE-i Coupe. The hatch became a parts car for the coupe and sat behind my parents garage rusting. After a while I decided to take on a project with the SE-i and bought an 88 Accord DX sedan to drive in the mean time. The SE-i never made it out of project mode and is still sitting in my garage. The Hatch I eventually had to get rid of to appease my parents, and the sedan was junked when the head gasket started leaking( i only paid $300 for it). When I junked the sedan I bought a 98 Oasis (same as the 1st gen Odyssey) and about a year later my wife and I sold her car and bought a 99 Oasis.

Personal:
Hmmmm......what else to say about myself. I'm a geek, a big geek. I didn't fit in very well in highschool, but found my stride in Tech School/College, the friends I did have in high school have kept in touch and we still get together once or twice a month to hang out and play video games. Why didn't I fit in in high school? Hmm, let me count the ways. I played Magic the Gathering, I was obsessed with video games, the one and only time my 8th grade math teacher played me in chess I beat her, I used to carry a PDA and laptop around way before most people owned one, and of course my Crohn's disease which sent me to the bathroom about once a period to empty my colon, I'm sure you can imagine what kids thought I was doing in there. Genetic diseases are wonderful aren't they? I've been hospitalized 3 times because of it each time for about a week. I'm currently addicted to the Wii, working on my 98 Oasis, and tweaking my Home Theater PC setup. I work part time so that I can stay home with my two wonderful kids for part of the week and I am going to school at night and currently taking classes to take my CCNA exam. I had my daughter when I was 17, owned my own home at 21, and was married to my high school sweetheart and mother of both my children and had my second child at 22. I currently reside in Northampton, PA. Some of you are probably wondering about that last nickname at the top, BJ, well it's not what you think. My parents gave it to me. It started as Sweet Baby James after James Taylor the singer, then got shortened to Baby James, then just BJ. I currently "run" two websites. My own personal site at http://www.hostilejava.com which I haven't updated in a few months and an FAQ/Howto for the 1st Gen Odyssey/Oasis at http://www.hostilejava.com/RAxTuning which I try to keep as updated as possible. Can't really think of anything else.......

I'm more of a Stargate fan :), the only Star Trek that I ever got into was ST:TNG. Unfortionately I'm not that good at making costumes so I usually go as the living dead with my kids for Halloween (Yes, I still dress up.)

Hehe, I used lolcat buildr. So much easier than photoshop. You just upload the photo and then type the text you want.

Lovely.

I just realized the SE-i and DX pics were not working. Probably the product of a copy&paste. Fixed!
