This sucks. I bought a new headlight assembly, cause my other one was f***ed. I put the thing in, and none of the holes line up very well. I put in 1 screw, and the other holes were about 1.5"-2" above their holes... I managed to get it eventually, although not very well. Now my headlights is totally misaligned.

Its recessed about an inch, and its not center, its closer to the center of the hood, which i cant shut, cause itll smash the headlight. When i pop them up, it points at the ground about 5 feet from the car, and the other onse is aimed correctly....

What the *bleep*in *bleep* should i *bleep*in do?!?!

HEELLLPP!! Ahhhh!!!!!!!

if you wrecked your car then your core support is bent. If thats not the case the frame of the headlight assy is fucked.also there are little shims under the mounting points did you put them back?

shims are kinda like washers but itll move the bracket that holds the assembly up to wim it properly. I have a shit load in my car, im going to build custom brackets but thats not the point. The mounting points are simply where the bracket bolts into the frame.
