O2 Sensor removal

I would like to know who can advise the proper technique for O2 sensor removal. I doubt soaking with ______ (insert your choice of penetrating fluid here) would work as I've tried removing them from the junk yard and they are CEMENTED in there!

dont use WD40, though its good, liquid wrench is better. if they wont come off with a wrench, just use a pipe wrench and take it off, everyting that wont come off, will come off with a pipe wrench.
