i just looked over the service manual i have for the accord and it doesnt list what i torque the mounts to except for the dogbone mount which is 54ft/lbs. does anyone know what the remaining 3 that attach to the body are torqued to?

The correct tightening sequence must be used:

what does the rear and the front mount actually get torqued to? it says what the engine to mount portion is torqued to, but not the mount to frame portion

I couldn't find the torque specs for those. When I replaced mine I torqued them around 18 ft/lbs. They have been in there for 2 years and no problems.

Look at the bolt size in relation to tq perhaps.
10 x 1.25 mm
14 lb-ft to 33 lb-ft
12 x 1.25 mm
54 lb-ft
