Ok. The first thing you need to do is get a digital camera or get the pictures put on a picture cd from Walmart. Next you have to be a paying member(foundation member) to be able to upload your pictures to image shack or you can find some other free picture hoster. Once you have the pictures uploaded to the image hoster you must copy and paste the code that is displayed under the picture. Example :www.imageshack.com /newpictures.jpg. Then you will need to put the image tags in front of it like so
www.imageshack.com/newpictures.jpg
I hope that helps. Or you can just email them to a foundation member and they will post them up for you.
