I had already bought subs/box/amp...and I had some new Pioneer 3 way 6x9's sitting around that I was originally put in my Galaxie, but decided the motor was a better sound system for it. I ended up getting an Alpine head unit...I was looking at getting a Pioneer(i've always liked their stuff), and just using an aux input for my ipod, but Best Buy was all out of that particular pioneer. So I got an Alpine, and although they are rated at less wattage than most, man do they know how to use it. I got a ipod cable that runs to my glovebox, and I'm really happy I went this route it was a little more costly but the sound quality is awesome. And lastly today I got Pioneer 2way 6.5's installed in the doors. I don't have amps runing on any of the front or rear speakers, but they are plenty loud enough. Ok kinda just rambled on...

Tomorrow I'll put up pics of the subs/head unit/ and a picture of the front door speakers, and maybe take out a rear speaker and take a picture (had to do a little masaging to make them fit). I mounted all of the speakers under the stock covers to keep it looking clean. So there it's much to see when it's all said and done.

Well I didn't get pictures up yesterday I was to busy messing with my amp...which decided to stop working. And I tried working on it but just screwed it up more...I'm now in the market for a new amp. Any way here are the pics:

All the speakers are mounted under the stock covers. The fronts fit just perfect, but the rear required some grinding of the piece of plastic that they mount on.

I had made a video, but the sound quality on it sucks as you can imagine, and it was before I put new door speakers in which made a huge difference. Once I get a new amp I'll put up a video...not that it will sound good on here, but whatever.
