ok finally recorded a wav of the exaust as a bunch of people have asked me to. sorry aboutthe audio quality in advance. i had to record analog. i actually strapped a microphone to the rear bumper with gaffers tape,i plugged my good deck into a power inverter,then went driving. there is a bit of noise due to the inverter,but enjoy. might have to turn it up a bit,i turned the record level,down to keep from overloading. 0-70 redline pull recording

if you look at the pictures on my site,you'll see that is not a fart can in the least. people get fart cans because they want to get that sound,i don't need a fart can to get that sound. when you design and build your own exaust system from scratch,then you can rag on other peoples. was refering to CAH

I agree, it sounds good, different.... I never thought about duct taping a mike on the rear of the car... I need to do that too, my car sounds different than rear mufflered cars

yea i've messed with the timing a bunch,done things to the carb honda says you aren't supposed to do. it probably doesn't sound like full throttle because i had to turn the gain way down. then it went through sound recorder. LOL. when i get a chance and it's not raining(not complaining about the rain) i'll go down to work and run it down the unused taxiway,and pulll it in all four gears. was running down fith avenue in a 45 zone, and cut it right at 70.

I would bet you can't even feel your own fart inside the car Mastaofdisasta !!! It makes like 300 percent difference in the sound inside the car the further you get that outlet from the inside of the bumper cover.

The nice thing about it is that i can hide my embarassment that is my muffler from the public eye since it sits so far back, i can fart in the car with girls and not worry bout them being able to tell the diffrence, and last but not least...actaully nvm there is only 2 nice things, if i get a nice paycheck im gonna go to a muffler shop to get 2.25 piping with some kind of diffrent muffler that doesnt look like someone strapped a Folgers coffee can to my piping, any suggestions

(p.s. i aint gonna lie, i kind of like my muffler, dont hate)

here are a couple more,i went through a lot of trouble to record these,and download them. the second one,the sound quality isn't as good as the first one, i think i blew out my mike on the first recording. there is some hum,i removed as much as possible. i think i have a bad mike cable. i did this with a cassette deck,eq,recording processor,and mixed crammed into the car. and two mikes. bad cable somewhere.
