i have a line on a full f22b, engine trans harness axels and ecu for $350.
the question is should i pick it up?
it may end up a long term type project (a build and store)or till the a20 cant take anymore boost.

oh shit i got my motors confused their i thought you had the F20B, which is dual cam...i would sell the F22 and use the money to build the A20 further...

ya i say buy it and sell it. those f series motors cant take more than an a20 without some heavy bottom end building.

they are pretty strong but are gonna need pistons and rods if you wanna make over mid 200hp or so (same as a20) DId you wanna swap this into your 3g or what was the plan with this motor? If you could get all that for 300 or less youd be doing good.

i got off early today and hit the junk yards.
I picked up a b18a1 for $134!!!!!!!

the search is on for a gsr head and trans.
this will be a slow build for a swap in the future.

f22b wasn't a bad deal either. f22b block plus h22a1 head are pretty potent combos for boost. but yeah, $134 for ls motor is a steal. i'll be paying attention to this thread...

I'll let them slide for $150 plus shipping.. They are still brand new in the box custom arias pistons... I was gonna use them in the a20 till I found out the were for the f22.. It would have been no problem boring the block.. But I woulda had to have custom rods made to fit the wrist pins...
