So i got my H4 headlights in yesterday, put them in today. Here are some pics, sorry for poor quality but you get the picture. Don't seem to have any problems except an old one i've been having with the lights flashing at times.

If the new ones are H4 lights, then what kind of lights were the old ones?

The stock headlights in the 3G accords were of H6054 sealed beam variety. Poor reflector design, but cheap as dirt to replace.

In europe the aerodecks have an H4 headlight housing just like the new ones just mounted on this 3g. So what kind of bulbs do your regular headlights use?

stock headlights use sealed beam so the whole assemble is the light in the h4's there a bulb

seems very impractical. So everytime one of your bulbs go out you need to replace the entire light?

That's correct. Still they are cheap as hell. Like around $20 for good ones (for both).

yup...they are like 8 bucks each for stock replacement...i got silverstars in my dx and they were 20 bucks each. they are nicer...but the Autopal h4 conversion is the best.

I've run Hella H4 lights in my 3gee for a while. Now, bulb changes take seconds instead of minutes. You can also go with hotter bulbs for more light, but you may want to add a heavy duty wiring harness. Also, there is the HID H4 option. I am currently considering it.
