So I took off the shifter plate and all that jazz. I took the handle off (2 VERY small screws) and found the pin and the spring. There was also a little rubber piece that was about the size of a fingernail. Sorry, no pics, but I guess it belongs in there. This little black rubber piece just fell out; I would guess it's not really necessary. Probably a sound dampener or something. ANywho, if anyone knows where this little rubber piece goes, that would rock. I looked at the exploded view from Honda, but didn't see it and I couldn't figure it out! TIA.
