dont want to be an jerk but search is your best friend.

to answer your questions.

there are very few parts available for our cars. if your looking for performance mostly custom stuff. other than that you are looking for oem parts.

ok, not to sound like an idiot, but are we talkin, search on this site
or on a google sort of deal, cuz ive been doing the google route for months

ps: the ball and chains cars sitting at 407,000kms
ever heard of an 88 accord LX going that high without major surgery?

thats not too high... only 250,000 miles.. :)

we mean use the search feature of the site.. there's a link near the top that says 'search' :) but unfortunately it's not super easy to make a CAI for an LX without an air box from a civic

actually, better question as i was searching
efi conversion came up a couple times...
someone explain what EXACTLY that is, and is it possible on mine?

oh, getting the box is no problem for me, what year would work?
and my only worry for an cai is the room...would it fit?

it fits with the use of the civic air box. but fot the carb you wont get much add power really, id say flip the lid or if you want it to look clean chop the box

well i cant explain it exactly like what parts you replace, but EFI is electronic fuel injection. LX have carburetor while LX-i have fuel injection. EFI swap means swapping over all of the engine bits that are different between LX and LXi so that fuel injection works.

it's possible but not really something that very easy to do

2. ah i see, im just trying to figure out my options, throw some ideas my way, whats good for perfomance/looks, its a girls car, but she deserves a nice car...already threw a decent system in there
