Did you check all the wiring to the clutch? Is the clutch in working condition? I just took a look at the shop manual and they have a procedure on testing the A/C Clutch relay but do not say where it is located. All i can say it is round like a cylinder shape.

Clutch not kicking on can be many things. The most common thing is your charge is low. Put some gauges on her and see if it has a good charge. If it doesn't there is a switch that will not let the clutch kick in.

There is an AC relay between the radiator and the headlight housing, in the engine bay. Can't remember which side it's on though.

Are the fans coming on when the AC is turned on?

I remember it being a little higher up.

It sounds like the relays, the clutch, or the wiring between.
