rendon that T25 is a pea shooter turbo. You should at least go to a T3 60/48

It's a waste. Even the small sr20 t25 is bigger than the dsm t25.

I'll have a t3 .60/.48 for sale in the next few months ;)

If your accord is your daily driver i would be cautious getting into boosted stuff. And beware because it adds up even on a budget build.

Once its boosted its not going to be a daily driver anymore....Take out once in a while type of deal....Long trips maybe...meets exc....Oh its a big 16 g....i tought it was a T25 but it isnt.

a 16g will do. So what happened with the first manifold attempt? I dont weld THAT good but good enough to get the job done and once you get the flanges, use schedule 40 pipe and get a cutoff saw as well as borrow a welder and voila, itll just come together pretty easy after spending 4-8 hours on it for a log. Also youll need a welder anyway to do a downpipe etc as well as charge piping, see if you can borrow one

you can use schedule 40 steel 1.5" pipe from home depot and weld els from a plumbing supply house, that stuff works great. I used a BMC racing 1/2" a20 weld flange and its a nice piece. Post pics of the mani you started... Maybe we can help you. Dont forget, if you grind your welds down itll look 100% better...
