welcome.
2. The easiest way to get a nice ride for the money is tokico shocks and lowering springs. You have a few choices for the springs H&R 1.5" drop, Sprint 2.25" drop, dropzone 2.25, eibach 1.5(?). This type of setup will run you around $300.
3. Get the piping for your exhaust done by a shop 2.25" diameter would be good. Choose a muffler If you want a stock look with better flow get a magnaflow and buy a tip for it. Headers, the easiest to get are pacesetter I got the coated ones for like $275 shipped. You might as well get a cold air intake If you're gonna do the exhaust. Look on ebay for a 6g accord intake 1998-2002(I think those are the years not sure). about $50 for the intake and only requires a little modding to get it on. You can find all the stuff I listed above on ebay just search for it. Tell us about your car and post some pics!

My head unit was screwed in from the back so I guess yours is the same.

Take out the two screws that hold the casette holder in, remove the ash tray and take out the three screws holding the ash tray bracket in. Remove the bracket and perhaps then you can get at the screw with a short screw driver.

headunit is held in by two of some of the most inconveniently placed screws in the car. remove the "bitchin' betty box" to make it a bit easier to get a driver onto the screws under there.
