Im not to keen on your color combination, but it's your car and thats all that matters.

You shouldn't ever have a battery in the passenger compartment, enclosed or not.

My brother has the battery under the seat in his BMW, that is how it was originally.

Good for you.

Anyways... Too many colors in that engine bay, it looks kind of funny. The interior is looking cool though. I can see that everything was properly prepped. Overall, not bad.

They're also vented to the outside. This one doesn't appear to be. Looks like a regular old "boat box" to me.

mike10562004
07-27-2007, 06:23 PM
yup boat box only $7.99 yeah i guess im goan blow my self up but i seriously doubt it now when i subs worked i had it grounded to the gastank almost about an 1" from the top of it =-/ and the ground was always lose and sparked also me no ac so my windows are down 24/7

yeah body kit came

also got my exhaust done 2.5" straight piped from the header back exhaust and a sports muffler wow that thing is louder then heck!!!!! i mean u use to be able to hear me like a mile away well i can be going down past the school and you can hear me at advance auto

it sounds like the modifieds at bowman gray

its loud!!!X10 im unable to drive it till i get another muffler on top of my n1 muffler

^unfortnally im going to be unable to lower it ='-( due to clearence issues 2.5 inch under the car and under all suspension well it leaves no room i live like on a hill so i have a gravle drive way and the pipe scrapes like a mofo! and with the body kit on it well im prayin!

props on the work, but that bumper sticks out way too far, good to see your working with the original bumper though and not just sticking the other bumper on so the headlights sit over the edge

MessyHonda

bumper does stick to far out but maybe some photoshop of the same color might help it.

Civic Accord Honda
07-29-2007, 09:42 PM
bumpers not that bad just make sure you but a mesh grill behind it so everyone does not see your rad. lol or get a intercooler and stick it back there and put a turbo sticker on the back window ol

Not to be an asshole or anything, but that body kit is ugly. It might be just me. So don't worry, you'll be cool around all your friends.

No to a body kit.

Vanilla Sky
07-30-2007, 04:26 AM
You're going to end up having to rebuild your kit after about 100 miles of driving. It hangs too low and isn't attached well.

I don't care what it looks like myself. It's your car.

the body kit will fall off because the bond is not good. and if you are going 50 mph you are going to lose control.

He has an E34.

As for the body kit. If you like it go for it, but to me it doesn't look to appealing, and looks flimsy. Bondo will crack on the bumper if you use to much, and mounting it to the stock bumper won't help. If you want a body you need to buy an actual body kit. The bumper also doesn't fit the contour of the body. The body is not round its square...

Vanilla Sky

There are proper adhesives to use. Don't just grab Gorilla Glue from the parts store. Go to a body supply house and ask for ABS adhesives and for a filler along the lines of Rage Gold. Those screws will rip right out if you're just screwing into plastic.

You don't know how many body kits I see along I95 here every time I'm over there. Hell, even in my hick town, I see at least one body kit a week. What's bad is that they're all from the SAME 3 cars. The owners will either have someone in a truck pick up the one that flew off, or they'll buy another. It's sad, really. You'd think that people would learn after the 5th time (and I'm not kidding).
