It should assuming the threading is the same.

link? my subaru oil filter adapter (20mm 1.5 thread) fit onto my honda oil filter housing, so look for a 20x1.5mm adapter. :)

here is what i had on my subaru. i have a similar setup on my accord now. it works fine.
