i know this probably been asked but i searched did'nt find anything.

my question is why is the accord final drive ratio so high,
like why on the highway in 4th gear t/c locked why does the engine seem to rev high?

yea my grand am gt did 75mph@ 2k rpms.
i know why you t/c is'nt staying locked....you have to adjust the t.v. cable.

and i don't think either of my 3g's reved up that high going 60mph

yes I know about the cable, I have it set that way on purpose, I have a weber carb and the adjustment was tricky so I have to set for the best of both worlds. It shifts at around 2k , doesnt hang on gears too long yet stays in low gears when the pedal is mashed, just is finicky about staying in OD around 58-62mph ... it stays in OD after 65
