Hey in the above video that too he uses that looks like a long bar and click when he tightens is that a torque wrench??

yes sir that is in fact a torque wrench. there are a few different kinds, mine is similar to the one he used. there are also ones with a scale on them, but they arent as accurate and are a bit more clumsy to use. he shouldnt have, however, used a damn air ratchet to start the bolts. they should be finger tight, and start to torque them down a little at a time going in an inward to outward pattern so you dont warp what you are working on.
