engine repalce

i have 2 used car one with the A20A4 engine 122 hp and the second car has B20A2 engine 138 hp

Can i change the A20A4 engine with the B20A2 the black box from A engine that is under the driver seat will work with the B engine ?

i discover that at the A black box one of the plugs has a wire in minus

can anyone help me please
