yes.
Honda ATF better than any Dextron. I has fill the difference when second time made change tranny fluid. First was dextron III. crap as for honda. After 45K with dextron III I'v change to Honda ATF. Tranny works like new. Better and right shifting.

Honda's blend is a bit different than the regular Dextron you buy at the store. Honda AT's are quite picky so I would definetly go with the genuine Honda stuff even if it is a bit more (it's something you don't change often anyways so youmight as well spend the extra $5).

just like the pwr steering fluid which should be made for honda's and it should say on the outer label of the fluid container.

it's kinda annoying that honda makes special fluids for their cars.. Why can't they just use the same generic stuff as everyone else...

ahh honda fluid has alot of friction modifiers in it. its relly better to use it. ive posted about this numerosu times. it also has a different viscosity index then dexcron 1 2 3.

I thought so before I flushed my tranny at dealer. But when done, the mechanic added this "BG ATC Plus" ($37CND).
Here is BG site: http://www.bgprod.com/autodrive.html
They used this PF5 machine for flushing and the cleaner "BG Quick Clean" , u can see them at the same site. What else, oh 10L ATF-Z1 ($79CND)...
