Maitenence needed... thing... :)

Ok, so i have a 95' Accord EX, and under the speedo' theres a little thing that says maitenance needed. When I first got the car like 3 months ago, it was green, so all good. Now its half Yellow, and half red. Im not sure if this little thing is refering to something big like my clutch that needs changed, or something little like standard maitenance, maybe an oil change or something. Can someone help me?
Oh, and the only thing thats wrong with my clutch is that the release baring is really squeeling.

It's just a mileage counter for oil changes, etc. It rotates over every 7500 miles. Just shove a key in the little hole to reset it to green. It's a handy reminder though!

yeah, my gf had that little thingy go red for her on her 96 ex v6 about the time she needed a new water pump. that or o2 sensors. can't remember which one.
