So I had to get two more tires for my rims, and I could not afford the entire set of 4. I also wanted larger tires, soooo..... I only got the front, and they are much larger then the rears :Owned: . I will get two more on my next paycheck :violin: .

That was the only company I could find that made 215/45/16 for under $200.00 a piece. So I bit the bullet.

<3 my falkens sticky

It turns out 16's are hard to get tires for, unless you have an SUV or truck :violin: .

looks like u have a hood scoop in this pic lol

Its for my supercharger  . J/P its a 95 ford windstar in the background.

LOL true, probably just a rubbish bin beside the car though lol

I know its a ford, but damn its not that bad of a car
 .

Sweet!!

The back is really frustrating me, the tires are so skinny. Once I get all four tires the same, the car is going to look fantastic.

you should really get jdm corners, they would match your car so well.

Tires on a payment plan eh? ;) Nice they'll look good when you get all 4 of them on there!

that extra 1" really makes a BIG difference in the space between the wheel and the R calipers

Azenis are nice tires, they have good grip for autocross once they get warmed up but until then:ugh:.

I like those rims now, but if they were mine I may consider painting them, looks good though

I say leave them like that with the larger fronts. It'll probably handle better that way. There's a Pontiac in production with larger fronts, and it's supposed to work very well.

Makes your car look all business.

Are they a little taller than stock? A little taller gearing wont hrt none anyway if it is. I myself am going with either a 215/40 or maybe 205/45 for my next set of tires on my 17's. small little tires dont cut it.

Don't be jealous :) . I might repaint them the same color.

It does handle well, but I put the rims on the back, and it looked oh so sweet.

:werd: to that. I built this car for function  .

around 20k-30K

Thanks, do you mean the stock 13's. They are much larger then that in diameter. The pictures dont do it justice, those tires are beefy.

ebc pads?

Yep, but I am about to replace them with hawk. These EBC's leave deposits on the rotor.

2drSE-i

ive heard that about the greenstuff's. I have heard that the redstuff doesnt do that as bad, but the hawks will be better and not cost you as much.

yeah that 20-30k miles turns me off thats why i got the 60 series falken since they last 60k...and the 55 were rated at 30k but more grip. il have a summer set and and winter set i guess.

good luck getting 20k out of those hahahaha more like 8-10k :) thats the price you pay for grip though. :)

but seriously, awesome tire choice, they look so much better, and i'm sure they will handle much much better than the last setup.

i plan on running azenis on my wheels during summer (when i finally get them) and getting 60 series falkens on my SE-i wheels during fall-spring.

The great thing about living in so-cal is that ive been running my azenis all year long. Since it dose not rain to much. I have also noticed that they handle well in light rain

the great think about living in Oklahoma is that our streets dont get salted. the shit thing is that our roads fucking BLOW! and we get 3-5 ice storms a year that pretty much disable my driving ability.

i'm sure you'll like the tires.. but 20-30k... i'll believe it when i see it. I had a set of RS-2's which were pretty fun on my car... but yet were to the cords in under 8k
