LTNZ will care. You can't do a half job on a car with dead registration, it will need to be near perfect to be re-complied. It's far more difficult than your average WOF test.

Other than having a salvage title, that ass end is still fixable. Going to have more than $123 in parts to do it, but possible. Don't look like it bent the frame, just cosmetic. If you don't care what it looks like, drive it like that.

That's a GREAT car!!!!

Like you said, it's an easy fix for anyone with basic skills with and a MIG welder.

Just drill out the spot welds from the rear end of the car and reweld one from another car. Align everything, paint it the right color and you're good to go.

I'm sure you got all the parts to fix it at home.

I don't want to brag about it but I got the exact part you need for the rear end.... brand NEW from Honda themselves :D

I'll show you a pic if you get me the parts I need :p

anyways good score a18a. i recon if he can straighten it out ok ltsa will let him re reg it. otherwise firewall chop ftw. my mates civic had its front end written off and u can see how they straightened it out but it got re regged (it was a 1987 civic Si)

thanks for the comments :) hopefully today i can get the boot to close, and everything at the rear to line up, then hammering out the wheel well, and finding color matching parts :), as for the pink 4g, we swapped all the front lights from the white one to it so it would pass a wof, just have to put it together now lol

speaking of starter motors..... do b20a auto ones fit b20a manual boxes, i had a lot of trouble with starters a while back. when i got my manual box i fucked the solenoid on the starter at the time i thought oh sweet as i got spares frm auto b20a boxes but none of the spare starters i had laying around fittted. so i had to swap the solenoids... just wanna know and also if they are different to save a18 shipping u one that may nt work...

its got a few scratches, they look fresh (posty peoples not taking care??) but yeah it matches the scratches around the car from the crash, so it matches all good :)

thank you thank you, as for the seats, they're just temporary, till i find me some better ones :) and seat belts, i dont hvae any grey/black ones so yeah, will have to stay looking ugly tilll i find some new ones. i still have to swap the rear view mirror & the door trim seal thingys too, and the boot trim also needs painting, but that can wait since the car never has them in there lol
