i plan on putting a h22 in my 93 accord over the winter,i want to put a set of headers on it as well.just wondering witch brand would give me the best clearance and witch would be better 2" or 2 1/2" tubing.

Prob easiest to get some custom made.
At least that way you know they will be good.
If you buy a set off the shelf you'll prob need to mod them to make them fit.
Then you'll most likely end up with different primarys which stuffs up the tune
of the motor.
as for the rest, 2 1/2 inch will be fine.
Any smaller and you lose top end.
Any bigger and you just end up slower than standard.
my gen 5 sir is bog stock and puts 155 hp at the wheels.
