hey i need some opinions here, i might be able to get my hands on a maroon coupe carpet, which happens to be the same as the hatch. the floor pans are exactly the same as far as the carpet, only the sedan is different. i have to redo the blue on the tops of my doors, and under my windows anyway, and of course change the upholstery on the arm rest at the same time. i was thinking if i do this to go to maroon or red upholstery accents instead of blue, keep the light creme color of the upholstery the same and the door panel color the same. i have to remove the dash anyway ,because my heater core has failed again, so i thought of getting some of the really good dash paint from eastwood and going to all red,or half red and a light creme to match the leather. everything in the hatch itself is black, and it already has a red accent under the cover. of course the black goes with everything. it's pretty complex upholstery back there, but i won't have to change it anyway. opinions? http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid207/p394d58dc2f4f5de933fb23277421ac5c/eec95e5e.jpg

so in other words all blue cloth would be red and the dash would be red,and i'll just change all blue plastic to black

i thought of that but they look like lowriders, the eastwood paint is permanent, it doesn't scratch off, it actually penetrates the dashboad so it's as durable as factory. they have a special cleaner, then a special plastic plastic primer, then the paint. it's a three step process. i do think the red would look nice.

^^^ Wow, I was skeptical at first, but man that looks good. I think the blue looks just as good though. Both are great color combinations with the cream-colored leather.
