Whats happening fellas. I know I have been a ghost for months and reason is that life was busy and combined with heaver workload and lack of interest, 3geez has been at a distance. Since my life has become busier, my 3g started to take the back burner and has provided to be a hassle to keep up and thus I was in the market for an 07 Accord Lx-SE and ended up an 08 Lx-P. Great car to drive, roomier, quieter, convenient, has AC (lol) and of course plays my MP3 collection and all for stock. The car is much safer and with an attractive gesture, it captured my attention. I got this car on 9-27-07 and here are some pictures.

I will take more pictures soon. Pictures were taken at Round Valley State park, Lebanon, NJ.

yeah from a 30 ~ 60 deg angle, the front looks like ass. But dead on from the front, it looks menacing. Thanks for the kind replies, for me its affordable and fits my lifestyle. Hauls a lot of my gear and secures my Mountain Bike securely compared to my 3g.

PS: 110.2 in wheelbase is to die for :).

There is no doubt in my mind that it is a good car. I guess my minor gripe is that Accords, Camrys, and Altimas all look like they contain the same DNA. It's not like the 80's when Honda's styling on the 3g's was more of a departure from convention. They feel very upscale, though. If I think back really hard I can remember how upscale my Accord felt in 1989. It was far quieter and smoother than my previous full-size car, plus it handled circles around many other cars on the road at the time.

The one thing I have learned is that "new" wears off very quickly - especially when the payment book arrives! :)

believe it or not, i am only paying $310 a month, gives me comparatively the same fuel economy as my 3g and the insurance is a little bit less partly because i broke the 25 years of age barrier and also due to the safety features that this car has..... and its with full coverage.

I understand your point about the cars looking alike. Its been a trend since the early 2000 after the new Altima sprouted and then the camry and then the accord started to mimic the leader. I am not dead fond of this car cause i loved and still love my 3g more than this, but when it comes down to practicality of owning a car, the new one seems to be a better option. its a sacrifice i had to make.

I was wondering where you been Praveen.
Anyhow, I was up at the local Honda dealer this week getting a few parts for my car. That 2008 Accord is nice, $ 310 a month isn't bad over 5 years.
