Thought I would post this for you really early 1gee guys. Doesn't look like it will fit the '81 or else I might give it a whirl.

I dunno why it won't, but they had to modify it to fit on a '79. I'm guessing they changed the subframe structure slightly, probably to make the newer cars stiffer. But just a guess.

'79 & on Honda pulled the radiator support down lower & forward a fraction & gave the frt valance a protruding, slightly narrower lower lip in the center, as well as revised lower frt fenders & the little (1") plastic air-dam.
The earlier cars were a bit smoother down there with a wider opening & a small air-dam shape was formed in the valance.
