With my spare combo switch, i already made a how to on rebuilding the headlight switch. Here is how you do the wiper switch.

Materials:
Please refer to this page (http://www.3geez.com/forum/showthread.php?p=797301#post797301)

Steps:
Remove the switch itself by unscrewing 4 bolts that hold it to the switch assembly.
1. After removing the switch, you should have this:

2. With the switch removed, locate the tab on the side that holds the switch together:

3. After removing the cover, you should see something like this:

4. Remove the two parts that slide in the cover, and clean them. They look like this when removed. This photo is when they are cleaned.

5. Clean the base of the switch (where all the connections are):

6.Clean the switch cover:

7. Now grease up the base of the switch(connections) and the sliding blocks(all around). Note: use Di-electrical grease.

8.Reinstall:

9. Optional: With the switch removed you are able to view the hazard light switch connections, clean them if you wish and grease them. Here is what they look like:

Then reassemble the switch. Match up the curved parts and it should snap back in. Then place the switch back into the combo switch and make sure all the linkages line up with the designated holes.

Notes: To clean the connections, i used 800grit sand paper.

That is why if my wiper switch goes out i would either have a full replacement or just fix that one because i already rebuilt the headlight switch. It would short my new lights out and smoke...:(

COOL!

also for some reason my headlight motors and under hood fuse box smoke when the lights go up or down so i just disconected them
i dont think that would have anything to do with the switch tho =/ i think its my motors

All the switch does is allow the electricity to flow from the power source to the relay/lights. So you problem is not the switch.
