nice car, minus the wing, the front lip looks pretty cool on some angles. i like the color of the car too, and the tan interior is cool too. the car looks pretty straight, i like that

nice looking car. very clean engine bay. Spoiler needs to go though. It's a little too ricy for this car.

Hi guys, first post here! (Finally my request got activated lol) Sry about the wing on the car, that was on there when I bought it, haven't taken it off because i don't want to patch the trunk up LOL. Previous owner drilled 6 holes to mount it in... I plan on getting a much smaller and stock-ish looking wing so... dont make too much fun of it lol. The car runs very well, main problems are a lose tie rod, bad radiator thermal sensor in the water housing, and 1 warped brake drum. Recently the computer is being replaced due to corrosion and it dieing from water that gets into the floor of the car. Thanks for all the posts, Keep em coming! Oh, and how do I "Hijack" this thread? lol

rare color combo. would look mint without that spoiler, the garden sideing lip and you have some rust damage that needs some repair. looks like a good project car, good luck and welcome to 3geez

I kinda like the lip, I may keep it until I replace it with a better material, but as far as the spoiler im going to remove it and patch up the little holes left from the mounts. Those wheels are actually stock! The last owner painted the bolt covers the same color as the car, I may just remove the caps and drive it like that, i dunno yet. And yeah, its going to be a great project car.

LOL thanks for the support, I know it looks ricey with the wing, DONT WORRY, the wing is as good as GONE when i get the car back from the shop when the new ECU is installed. I do have a high flow muffler installed but that I am not removing, I love the deep tone, sounds like pure sex! Hehe Ill take some new pics for you guys after i get the wing removed  once thats gone I think many will agree it wont be nearly as "ricey" :P

Yea, the previous owner was kinda a tard by the wing, its the only thing i wish he didnt do. The lip I like, it doesnt draw major attention away from the essence of the car, really. As far as the manual swap it may be a while, i have a low income and try to work with what I can, but I do get bonuses at work 4 times a year so.... eh, it may not be too far off ^_^ Ya guys are making me glad i bought this car, hehe, I did fall in love w/ it when I saw it, as im sure you all did when you ran into ure 3geez. 3rd Gen Accord FTW :)

Well, finally got my 3gee back from the shop today. I took off the spoiler and lightly sanded the inside of the holes, then attempted to fill the holes with steel epoxy. Damn my fingers are cold after all that... hope it isn't too cold for the epoxy, its still a bit above freezing yet.

Ill probably sand the nubs down when they cure from the filler, find a touch up for my car's color, and then put a clear coat on top of it.

I have a friend at work who is thinking of buying the wing off me, I told him id give it to him for $20 (Im thinking i should have gone higher, its like a $90 wing) if he changes his mind i wouldn't mind selling it to any of you guys if your interested :)

That 1 spot on the rear is basically my worst rust spot on the car, I plan on getting it taken care of soon when i get the $ after taking care of a few mechanical issues. I'm hoping that spot wont be too difficult to take care of...
