apart from the fuses, check all the relays under the hood and the relays under the seat

It's from a gem of a book called "Accord electrical troubleshooting manual 1989."
Published by Honda 12/88 as a service publication. Almost 300 pages of circuit diagrams, little blurbs in boxes "How the circuit works," and photos of the locations of the connectors.

they don't have relays unless it's a jdm accord with power folding mirrors, the wiring runs to the mirror switch, then the hot and ground go out from there.

Thanks w261w261 and forrest89sei for the wireing diagram and for making it easier to read. It was a big help. As it turns out the fuse was missing. My manual, and the fuse panel doesn't show a fuse for the mirrors. Your diagram really helped out . Thanks again. This forum is the best thing I have done. I always get good advice and help.....
