I have bumped into an ad for new ROTA BEAT on ebay yesterday.
It is Mugen CF-48 copy, 15inch 7J, 100x4, 40 offset.
It is copy but Mugen is not going to make it anyway it is good news for us.
Shame center bore is 67.1 which is 10mm bigger than our but when the price on ebay is $375 incl the cover then we can't complain!

I really don't care to much for those wheels...don't get me wrong they're crazy different than anything I've seen, but I just don't like the look...where do I get that mugen front bumper though? That thing is sweat! Maybe if I go to Japan within the next few years I'll see if I can get one lol...I've got an uncle that lives over there.

I preffer the 5th version of the Mugen wheels myself. The others remind me too much of early 80's Trans Am wheels.

I wish we could get a mold made from the bumper that Cheese has. It would be simple for an experienced fiberglasser to make copies from it.

Just imagine a carbon fiber version made from the mold as well. That would go well with a carbon fiber hood.

^That would be awesome....I've messed with fiber glass before probably wouldn't be too hard at all.

what wheel hasnt rota copied?? lol i heard of this a few months ago on rpr forum. Also they stuffed them up with the center caps and stuff aparently they dnt fit their own wheel too well... but u can put them on the mugen cf48 rims and they fit perfectly.

rota is not bad...im thinking of getting a set of 16 inch rims cuz they are only 13.5 pounds. plus it will allow me to do a big break upgrade.

I have had the Mugen front bumper for a couple years now (obviously not installed). I also have the mugen spoiler sitting in a box...

I want to get the whole car painted and not just the mugen pieces.

Someone actually posted the info up on this board that King Motorsports had this stuff BNIB. For what I paid for both the front bumper and rear spoiler was less than Wprocomp paid for his and probably less than what cheeseburger paid. Now, it still wasnt cheap, but when things like this show you have to be ready to throw down $$$
