Well honestly...my installation was pretty ghetto...i used the autopal housings...and i basically zip tied the ballasts to the headlight motor. But the only thing is that i'm not sure whether i should close the lights because of how the bulb is...it looks like that if it rains the bulb can get wet still...so for now im leaving my headlights open all the time. It's a small price to pay but i can see everything!!! Once you get HID's you cannot go back!

So what kind did you get and how much did it cost you and where did you get it? Was the installation hard? Also are you blinding other drivers with this?

I got Prolumen 8000k HID's (http://www.prolumenhid.com). I got them for $215 with a 1 yr warrenty, so it wasn't that bad...Usually installation is easy but on this car it wasn't cause you have very limited space. It took about 2 hours for me alone to do it. Well I don't think i am blinding anyone...the cops pulled me over one night and i thought it was for the HID's but they were first like "are you a snow plow" cause over here only people with blue lights on the outside are snow plows and emergency vehicles, they were talking about the lights in my corners and let me off with a warning. But now i have white LED's in the corner:)

so then basically, with the kit like messy's just take out the old ones and plug these in and we're good to go? or is there any other small little perks to make for a nice fun afternoon under the hood?

The H4 conversion, you simply take out the old sealed beam, put the new headlight in, and connect the connector.

To run HID's there is a bit more work involved, but it shouldn't be to hard.
