it should work. the engine code is just different. also get a new clutch and resurface the flywheel.

There's 2 different versions of 3rd gen prelude trannys, one uses a larger flywheel and clutch and cant be replaced with the small flywheel tranny without swapping over the flywheel and clutch as well. I cant say if yours will fit, I believe it's related to the year of the car, but check out preludepower

ok, thanxs for answers:) I guess it would be easier to move over the engine as well (b20a7) if the ECU's mach!!:D anyone know?

Again, it depends on the years. But if the B20A7 is without O2 sensor and EGR your old ecu wont work for sure.

both are 88, I guess the answer are to see if the number on the ecu are the same!
can also see if the contact's under the hood are the same, count the wires and so on:)
