I don't get it. I have an assortment of fuel safe o-rings from advance auto, a o-ring kit from harbor freight, and various other o-rings.

NONE FIT!!!

I'm so aggravated. I've narrowed my problem down to the float level being way too high. So I tried lowering the level down, and fuel started dumping out the float screw. So I said no problem, and took off the top-hat and removed the float needle and screw.

Not a single f'ing o-ring fits the damn thing. I don't want to have to buy a whole new rebuilt kit seeing as how the carb doesn't need to be rebuilt.

Do you have some?

PLEASE help a brotha out... I'll pay whatever you're asking I just HAVE to get this car fixed.

Thank you for your help,
Jonathan.

you could try leather or hide gasket, just like the old days. that is why I mentioned tractor supply before.
