Energy Suspension makes a kit (part number: 9.8120 for the rear) that is fairly universal. It comes with 8 bushings, 8 washers. I went to Home Depot and bought 2 3.5" grade 8 bolts and nylon lock nuts. I did the front and rear of my Buick last weekend. That was probably the best $30 I spend on any car ever. You local autozone carries them in stock. Just ask for some factory replacements at the counter and take them back to the performance section to match them up. Cost $17 for the fronts and $12 for the rears.

Fronts look like this, rears are identical minus the bolts, nuts and collars.

Problem is our stock rear sway bars the ends are not right for the bushngs that Portugal showed. You can use the ES bushings to the body (1/2") but the ends Im not sure what you can get in poly. I made my own with Delrin along time ago. You could also get a link with 2 swivel ends I have seen in some perfromance applications.

Stole this from LX-incredible. Shows what the stock end looks like on the rear sway bar.
