I need to replace my alternator as the internal regulator is letting it overvolt. What do you think of duralast? Would I be shooting myself in the foot to get a duralast alternator?
what kind of warranty does it have

it says llt, which I'm assuming means limited lifetime warranty.

why not just get the upgraded ones on ebay. Those look pretty good. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/86-89-honda-accord-prelude-135-amps-alternator_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33573QQihZ02 2QQitemZ350008571223QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

I agree with turabaka if your gonna replace the stock alternator you might as well go with a high output one, you never know when you'll need extra juice..
