whats needed????

Couple questions, first is easy and anyone with an 89 SEi can answer, whats the critter weigh stock with all options and 2 door, not the GVWR on the door plate but actual weight, i wnat too see how much lighter i am over stock, weight equals power and we all know that
Next....what portions of the wire harness are needed to run, its a 5 speed so no trans controller, just the PCM inputs and output and charging system? I do have Alldata here so getting schematic is no problem.
