Help!

hey guys.. my car is doing something funny.. when it gets to a certain temperature it starts to jerk.. i think RooDoo called it "trailering" but im not sure about that..my dad and i thinks it may be my EGR valve acting up.. or i have water in my carb. so..anyone know what it maybe, why its jerking.. or has it happend to anyone.. bottom line is.. i need help..so please!
