Possibly one of your speakers grounding out? Does it happen when you are going around a corner? Perhaps there is an exposed wire and when you go around a corner it shifts, and touches something metal.... Happened to me....

Also... Are you running on the stock alternator? 4 subs is alot for the stock electrical system to handle..

I think that our cars can use a 3rd gen prelude alternator, and I think that is rated higher than our stock accord ones, but I'm not sure. The alternator probably isn't causing your speakers to cut out though, I would look for exposed audio wires, or any possible spot your speakers could be grounding out.

4 subs is overkill. It sounds like a ground/wire problem.

What size wire are you running? i would sat 4 gauge for 4 subs.but really 800 watts isn't that much i run 8 gauge on two 12'at 1100 watts and it works fine. 800 watts on 4 subs? there is a minimum you can run, at least on mine not sure on pionear, less there're rated 200 watts apiece get another amp or take some of them out. Also how do you have them hooked up one on each channel? bridged/serial? and a high output alt never hurt a sound system grat investment for serious pounding less chance of toasting your alt

Messy's right get a capacitor if you don't have one it'll help with your lights dimming too

one day il just have 1 good sub....i kinda like having a big trunk...i hate the rattle...makes it sound chessy....i ran a 1800 watt amp off a 4 guage cable...and it made my lights dim....a cap is needed for some nice quick and responsive bass

and a ported box is what you need to make one 12" sound like two 15"'s

I think another person had this problem, after you check your connections, make sure the head unit your running through does not have a safety cut off level meaning that your cd deck will turn off if the power load is too great for the amp and head unit to handle. My Alpine does that sometimes, just a good warning not to blast your subs too high :) Also your amp might be too small to handle those 4 subs, just a thought though.
