um did you remove the staking in the middle of the nut first? also have someone stand on the brakes, get a long piece of pipe, put it over the breaker bar handle, and jump up and down on it, i'm not kidding.

it didnt work it just broke the breaker bar at the connection point. Is there a diffrent way to get this thing off because i have broke like 6 breaker bars already and i think my lifetime warranty is going to end soon :)

Impact gun. I had issues with my spindle nuts with a 1/2 inch impact gun. Spray down with some PB Blaster and let it soak overnight, then give it a shot.

Also get a torche and heat it up. Do not use a torche after PB blaster, use it before if you will use PB blaster!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Impact gun works best

I had someone stomp on the brakes and use one

do you understand what staking is? just making sure, the tip of the nut has a place that is bent down to keep the nut from turning, you have to get a small chisel and hammer to get the bent part out so the nut turns. I just did mine and had no trouble at all, again.

what i did was use a big ass breaker bar to stop the studs from turning and then used a 32mm on a 1 foot ratchet and put my 160 pound body on it and it turned...i surprised how easy i took it off.

Okay guys i got it off Pain in the arse. Took about 7 breaker bars glad i had a lifetime warranty on the thing, Autozone is pretty pissed but hey thats their fault for giving me the warranty. What i did was jump off the hood of my car onto the breaker bar and the bar flew off and hit me in the shin and walla, One big lump and a loose hub nut not too bad if i say so my self. :) now im working on getting the cv out, I dont want to do this ever again. This is like one of those nightmares that you say wake up its just a dream and then come to realize its not. By the time im done with all the work on this car it should be almost new :P

I might have to weld one of those up A18A looks like you do this alot :) not to bad of an idea if i say so myself, What did you use to weld it mig?

If you don't want to do it again put a new axle in it now. as long as you have the center cover for it it probably won't be as hard the next time

PS.

i put a new axle in its a aftermarket one :) made out of alloy pretty sweet looking and really light too.Theres a lifetime warranty on it so thats even better. I did the other side too so now im set for that. Also strap for cash so it looks like the body work is postponed until the next pay day :(. At least i can get to work :).
