Idle surging????

Ok guys I have a 89 Accord sei 5 speed and I am having a idle issue. I just had the throttle plate replaced because it was cracked and leaking antifreeze, now I just got the car back no leaks but the idle is surging. I checked and made sure there was antifreeze I'm thinking it's the IACV, how hard are these to replace???? Am I correct thinking this might be the problem if so there are at least 30 3 geez at the local junkyards so parts are plentiful around here. Thanks again for everyone's help.

Did you try rebleeding the coolant?

Thanks man I tried that I was just out messing with the idle screw a little out front and that seems to have fixed the problem I think it was set way too high.

yea sometiems u gotta reset ur iacv and screw ur idle screw in a bit myne had a busted seal cause some fool unscrewed it out big time

I was going to say that the IACV isn't a part I'd get from the junkyard, but holy crap it's $200 from Napa. Ouch! Hope I never have to replace it!
