Is your turbo a ball or journal bearing turbo? If it's a ballbearing turbo you might be running too much oilpressure to the turbo. A restrictor in the feed line will help you out.

in this pic i am looking at you're oil return line.
there is a copper fitting at the oil pan.?
can you get a close up of that fitting?
what size hose is you're oil return line?
whats bothering me is there is minimal fall from the turbo to the oil pan.
either the turbo really does need to rebuilt or the oil return is not evacuating oil fast enough.
this would mean you would need to install a larger oil return line.
does it smoke at idle or only when you are in boost?(at operating temp)
if oil backs up even a Little it would cause it to smoke.

At first it was only at boost now when it gets to operating temp its starts pushing oil in to the hot side of the turbo it even pushes out from the Vclamp that holds the turbo to the hot side:thumbdn:

at this point you have a puddle of oil in the hot side of the turbo and probably in your exhaust. Even if you fixed the problem it would smoke.
you need to pull it apart and clean the shit out of both. I would not worry about connecting the down pipe to the exhaust till the problem is found and fixed. you may need to pull it apart again.
try a .030 restrictor and make sure the return is free flowing . you will have the turbo out,it might be a good time to find a shop that checks/rebuilds turbos have them check it. it should only cost you about $40.
some turbos are really picky about how much oil they get yet others you can run a 4an line with no restrictors.
whats the shaft play like?
that turbo should have a very small amount of up/down movement but zero in/out movement.
what oil are you running?

i have no shaft play or in and out for the oil i am useing is Royal Purple 5-30.For the oil pan i going to put a 1/2 return in it tonight.

the oil is perfect!
1/2" may be a bit small. I have a 3/4" or a 5/8" return (i don't remember lol).
try it see what it does hopefully you'll have good luck.
edit: if you are running anything smaller than the 1/2" line there is no need to mess with anything else besides maybe cleaning out the exhaust housing. i can guarantee that is the problem.

i think it might not be a piston i might be a spun bearing in the bottom end

The static on the camera (if thats what it is) makes it difficult to hear, but I think its a bit audible. I admire you for taking it so lightly, looking forward to hear the news about what really happened when you rebuild it :)
its hard to tell by the video.Did you check all the plugs?
does it knock when you rev it while the car is stopped.
I would not drive it anymore if i were you, at least till you figure it out.If you chew through the rest of the bearing you'll spend day's cleaning metal shavings out of the entire engine and not to mention you'd be looking for another crank.

Sadly I think you're right, and it sounds like the crank is already scrap despite of the poor sound quality.

well there was no spun bearings and the rod bearings where fine but the main bearings shot to hell and i found out what caused the oil pressure problem a bolt on the cam came loose on the oil pressure side but here some pics

I put new main bearings in then i started it up and it ran for about two min's then it seized up. but i am not out i have another b20a but it needs pistons so i am going to take the pistons out of the other b20a that has the bad crank and in the b20a that has the bad pistons so two make one.

well i got adams old b20a apart he broke two out of four pistons and they were new to. I should have it back together tomorrow and have it in by friday and running by saturday if all go's good.

pics, pics, pics. Lets see the carnage. Sucks to here about it. Did the crank look gauged or any damage of sorts? Im curious why the sieze? Torque on the bearings too tight? Bad measurement and too thick/thin bearings? No/lack of oil
you need to get more spare b20's!!!

what kind of pressures here you utting through it. Im debating installing my t3 60/48 on the stock bottom end and waiting for this happen. Im wondering if its a similar setup to what you where running? Ive been curious to what the stock strength is on these. Also, do you still have adams junked b2k5 with the bad syncros? Let me know what your plans are with that please. Thanks man and good luck. The flywheel looks great mounted up, lets hope it holds

it was the loss of oil pressure that killed the bottom end on my b20a for adam old trany i had the syncro replace then i sold the trany by the way i look at bottom end in adam's b20a that i have and it look's good and he beat the hell out of that thing to and he was running like 12 psi and he just killed pistons so there no need to worry about the bottom end i will hold up.Lossing my bottom end was some kind of fluke.
