car wont start

i stuck a carb on my b20 cause my efi fuel rail/injectors were leaking & i snapped a bolt tightening it so got pissed off with it and stuck teh carb on, anyways it wont start, i know its getting fuel, i tested all 4 spark plugs for spark, all are sparking nice and strong.. all timing is good (cam timing is accurate, ign. timing is accurate, firing order is right) compression on the cylinders are good, but just wont start, any ideas why?

vacuum leaks
getting fuel
compression
spark
cam timing is dead perfect
ign timing is perfect
firing order is 1-3-4-2
